Macro and nutrition training packed with everything you need to know to become a fine-food
wizard. Personalized coaching, weekly calls, programing, tracking resources, written

- Core Principles- It’s called the Foundation Program for a reason! These principles are the building blocks that
make up your whole foundation to health. This program will teach you a few key rules and help you
implement them into your life. By doing so you will open yourself up to being able to really have it all.
Experience the things in life you love while feeling great, being healthy, looking great, and enjoying food. If it
sounds too good to be true, trust us we know. But it really is that simple and this program holds the keys.

understanding the essential nutrients your
body needs, how they’re obtained from food,
and how they support overall health and well-
being. This Foundation Program will teach
you metabolism recovery, reverse dieting, meal
timing, food responses and micro-percentages.
- Fundamentals of Nutrition- Energy balance
- Understanding Your Macros- This program
provides you with your own specific macros to
optimize the way you look. If you are getting
the appropriate amount of macros you will be
able to easily impact your body's composition.
It’s not about giving things up, understanding
your macros gives you the freedom to do it all.

you how to utilize certain foods to ensure you
are getting the proper nutrients (vitamins and
minerals) that will leave you feeling and
performing your best.

- Tracking Neat- Tracking your NEAT will improve: cardiovascular health, weight management, enhance
fitness, increase energy levels, better mood and mental health, improve sleep, and longevity. Through the
Foundation Program you will learn the concept of periodization and how to utilize a daily step count to help
you reach your goals. Step your way to sexy lol.
- Tracking Neat- Tracking your NEAT will improve: cardiovascular health, weight management, enhance
- Setting Healthy Boundaries- Healthy boundaries lead to healthy habits which compound over time resulting in
a truly healthier you. The Foundation program will teach you how to set healthy boundaries, recognize an
unhealthy boundary and provide you with tips to begin implementing them into your daily routine.

- Recording Results- Within the Foundation Program you will be provided with logs and trackers to help you
easily understand and be able to visually see the progress you make. This understanding is a skill you will be

You will be provided simple practices to use when out of town. Utilizing the resources (or lack of) available to

a ramp up guide to help you get back into your regularly scheduled program as quickly and seamlessly as
possible. Helping you avoid the all too common end of vacation slump.

Matte has taught me so much about being truly healthy. She’s taught me how to chase the right goals and not fixate on
getting skinny. She’s shown me how to love my body and treat it like I love it.
The knowledge Matte has and the work she puts into understanding health and nutrition is inspiring. And she truly cares.

I was at a stand still with my health, nutrition and the way my body looked and felt. I was doing the same things over and
over again. And getting discouraged while doing it. Matte has made health, fitness and even nutrition fun for me and
exciting and this thing I get to master for myself.
I’m not exaggerating when I say I believe Matte and the program she’s built is among the best available.
Matte first started coaching me after I asked her, “do you know of any pills that will stop my appetite? I need to control my
hunger.” She replied by basically pleading to help me not be afraid of food anymore.
I had dealt with a cycle of binging & starving myself over & over, to the point where my metabolism was basically ruined. Even
though I was at my heaviest weight, she told me I was under eating. I had so much history with toxic diet culture, I was
nervous. But she said she could teach me the science behind the way our bodies work with food by tracking macros & being
consistent.
The goal, in the beginning, was to heal my metabolism. Matte made a plan that catered to my lifestyle with both food &
activity without me having to deprive myself. I fully leaned in & did everything she suggested.
The first 6 months was about building the habits & healing my body. Throughout the next 12 months, the fat came off. & for
the past year, I’ve been able to keep the fat off & start getting toned! This is the only time in my life that I’ve stayed this
consistent. & I know it’s because she was able to educate me & mold her program to fit my personal needs.
Everything that Matte said she could do for me, she did. Between the weekly check ups, the occasional needed wake up call, &
many pep talks, she was there for me every step of the way. I’m not afraid to eat anymore, & I finally feel healthy. 10/10

Really I created this program because I used to struggle a lot with nutrition. I felt like I had tried everything. I
would make progress when being crazy strict, dedicated to clean eating and working out... but then when I

felt like I would loose my progress. It was discouraging and exhausting. So I started educating myself and to be
honest trial and error’d a lot. And to be even morrrre honest took wayyyyy to much time doing it.
I want to teach people what I know and help them skip all
the trial and error. I want to teach people that you truly can
have it all and all it takes is a little practice, education and
planning. This program teaches a way of living, a way to get
to your physique goals & actually keep them, without
restricting your self from the foods or events that you enjoy.
This program was built to help the beginner understand their
body better, how to use macros to their advantage and live
confidently.
This program is organized into steps or phases you take-on
weekly, allowing you to fully understand and practice before
taking on more. It’s built to feel underwhelming so you can
follow through & in doing so lead yourself into the healthiest
version of you longterm.
This isn’t a diet challenge or a restrictive program for (X) weeks .
This program was built for people who want to optimize there bodies, the way they feel and the way they look forever. This program was built for people who want to live flexibly... go on the trip, eat the ice cream, get sick less, have a low body fat %, and hit there goals in the gym.
